The firm was founded in 1950 by Albert Grabel, who was a past employee of the Internal Revenue Service. The firm provides tax preparation and planning, representation before the IRS, accounting services, elder care, computer services and audits of various entities.
At present, Lloyd W. Schnieders, CPA, is the president of the corporation and has been since 1976, having joined the firm in 1972. During those years, he has audited many different kinds of businesses. These audits have included shoe importers, restaurants, vending machine companies, Taft-Hartley regulated entities, ERISA regulated entities, HUD regulated entities, and Division of Aging regulated entities.
Mark J. Hollman, CPA, joined the
firm in 1987 as a staff accountant and became a firm partner in 1995. He has worked extensively in the areas of
non-profit and ERISA audits, involved in the Peer Review Committee, a
past-president of Missouri Association of Tax Practitioners, a current member
of AICPA and MSCPA, and a member of several charitable organizations.
The firm has been a member of the AICPA for over 31 years and the Peer Review Program for 20 years. As a part of the outstanding client services, the firm has available the most current and up-to-date research materials and information pertaining to rules and regulations.
