The firm was founded in 1950 by Albert Grabel, who was a past employee of the Internal Revenue Service. The
firm provides tax preparation and planning, representation before the IRS, accounting services, elder care,
computer services and audits of various entities.

At present, Lloyd W. Schnieders, CPA, is the president of the corporation and has been since 1976, having joined
the firm in 1972. During those years, he has audited many different kinds of businesses. These audits have
included shoe importers, restaurants, vending machine companies, regulated entities such as Taft-Hartley,
ERISA, HUD, and Division of Aging.

Mark J. Hollman, CPA, joined the firm in 1987 as a staff accountant and became a firm partner in 1995. He has
worked extensively in the areas of not-for-profit and ERISA audits. Member of AICPA, MSCPA and member of its
Peer Review Committee, Missouri Association of Tax Practitioners and past-president. Active in charitable and
religious organizations.

The firm has been a member of the AICPA for over 35 years and the Peer Review Program for over 20 years. As a
part of the outstanding client services, the firm has available the most current and up-to-date research materials
and information pertaining to rules and regulations.
